After selection, Tillman Military Scholars are welcomed to the Tillman Community where connections among members around the U.S. are fostered. Within this community, participants engage both in-person and virtually and through that engagement tap into a network of opportunities. The Pat Tillman Foundation is creating an environment where leadership and service have an opportunity to flourish so that the next generation of American leaders can discover their passions, hone their skills and develop a deep and real engagement within their communities, all while accomplishing their educational goals.
Each year, new Tillman Military Scholars join current and alumni Tillman Military Scholars both online and in-person at the annual Pat Tillman Leadership Summit and subsequent Regional Gatherings throughout the U.S., as well as, at Pat’s Run each April.
Additional members of the Tillman Community include current and alumni Tillman Scholars-ASU, all graduates of a social entrepreneurial and leadership course at Pat’s alma mater.
