Sergeant Frank Wills

Sergeant Frank Wills comes from a family of honorable servicemen, and so it was no stretch of the imagination to think that he too would enlist.

Having served his country, Frank now strives to make transitions from the battlefield to the classroom an ease for all returning veterans. With a Bachelor of Science degree in interdisciplinary studies with a focus on political science and psychology under his belt, Frank is now working on his Master of Public Policy and Administration. This degree will allow him to provide advocacy to veterans, assisting them in achieving their educational goals. Eventually, he aims to reform policy that is in desperate need of change.

In addition to his studies, Frank serves as the president of MSU’s Student Veterans Association – a role in which he practices leadership and integrity hand in hand. Among Frank’s many accomplishments, he has also served on the Honor Code Council and Cabinet Seat, representing over 400 veterans to implement proactive solutions for veteran’s research to the Congressional Economic Subcommittee in Washington, D.C.
