The wife of an airman, a future educator and an active student barely describes Nichole Juliano. She grew up in the small town of Mill Village, Pennsylvania, and started her college career at Pennsylvania State University.
After marrying her high school sweetheart on December 26, 2009, they moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming. Nichole commutes everyday to the University of Wyoming in Laramie, approximately fifty miles away, but would tell you it is a small sacrifice compared to what her husband does each and every day.
Her husband’s job places him on “short-term” separations, meaning every 3.5 days he leaves the bases for 5.5 days and isn’t allowed contact with his family. It’s a very difficult situation, but Nicole has learned to cherish the moments she has with her my husband and to live each day to the fullest.
Finishing the degree she started at Pennsylvania State University, Nichole intends to become a secondary mathematics educator and is looking forward to making an impact on her students’ lives.
