Lieutenant Justin Langlois’ desire to join the military came from his grandfather who served in the U.S. Army at the end of World War II. Training to become a Navy SEAL was one of the most physically and mentally demanding times of his life, but also one of the most defining. Justin learned he was capable of far more than he ever believed.
As a dedicated American, Navy SEAL, husband and father, Justin spent nine years on active duty in the Navy. After several deployments to Iraq as a SEAL, he wants to pursue a career in business and technology with a long term goal of establishing a nonprofit organization to bolster interest in technical careers among American youth.
To achieve this goal, Justin will be attending Harvard Business School to earn an MBA. He will use his business education, mixed with his leadership experience in the military and his two degrees in engineering, to help tackle the problem of decreased performance of American children in math and science.
