Lieutenant Colonel James Dillard is an Air Force reservist with an expansive career in intelligence spanning 20 years. Currently completing coursework for a PhD in international security, he approaches life with broad perspective and significant wisdom.

James maintains a strong sense of family, community and the value of education – principles he has portrayed to his wife and their two grown children. Based on his successful career in the U.S. military, James is driven to help resolve international conflict, while working on a regional level first. In line with this, he hopes to someday teach intelligence studies and international security at the graduate level.
