Corporal Jed Hefner

As a full-time SAP analyst for Accenture, MBA student and former Marine, Corporal Jed Hefner strives every day to better himself and those around him. Son of a single mother and a first-generation college student, Jed understands the importance of hard work and tries to both learn and give something back every single day.

With the nontraditional education career often associated with a military servicemember, Jed persevered through his Bachelor’s degree and is now working to give back. Jed has tutored high school students in math and science and aided in fundraising for scholarships through various volunteer activities with the University of Arkansas Alumni Association.

Passionate about business and dedicated to securing the future of the next generation, Jed hopes to one day help make economics and financial responsibility courses available to students in middle school and high school across the country.
