Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Captain Danny Cho became the first in his family to serve in the military as he joined West Point’s famed “Class of 9/11.” While there, he became fascinated with the Army and after graduation served a career entirely overseas in Germany, Iraq and South Korea.
During that time, Danny decided he could impact the nation’s defense from the private sector. To learn how, he enrolled at Harvard Business School and is currently pursuing an MBA in program management. In addition to his academics, Danny has served as a co-president for his school’s veterans club, leveraging his passion for the military to raise awareness of the military on campus as well as provide a forum through which veteran students can help each other in their professional aspirations.
Witnessing the dramatic advantages and life-saving benefits technology provides to the military, Danny will pursue a career in the defense sector with hopes to eventually start his own firm. His goal is to create an environment where top engineers can develop the latest in relevant military technology without losing focus on the end-user.
