Congrats to Tillman Military Scholar Cameron Waites on being honored as the 2011 Michigan Community Service Commission Volunteer of the Year at this year’s Governor’s Service Awards. Cameron was publicly recognized this past Monday, where he received the award from Michigan Governor Rick Snyder.
